Virtual Yoga

- Type: Gentle vinyasa flow style yoga class. Emphasis will be placed on linking movement with breath. Postures intensity options available.
Our annual summer social is a great way for our members to meet and greet before our year kicks off. Membership to GWAWD is not required and the invitation is open for all.
